Before attending my first yoga class with Birgit, I had been to two different yoga sessions and was not convinced that it was something that I would enjoy. However, after my first class with Birgit - I instantly felt some of the benefits of yoga. So, I continued regularly and saw and felt a difference both physically and within.
Birgits energy is motivating and her style of instruction is so versatile, she spots ones abilities and delivers based on each individuals needs. I always know and feel that she is watching and paying attention to make any adjustments to me to get my practice and postures right where they need to be!
I really enjoy Birgits Mysore class, it is rewarding to experience the traditional way to practice the Astanga primary series and also to gain some knowledge of the principals and and beliefs in yoga.
Even when I am feeling down or tired, I always look forward to attending one of Birgits classes!
